DLM*5 Stator Coil Inserting Machine

It is a fully-automatic horizontally inclined coil inserting machine with hydraulic mechanical transmission and an integrated PLC. The slot wedge realizes the fixed-length auto feeding, cutting, forming, and inserting into stator with coils. With the degree spinfunction of the head, manual coil insertion becomes easy and with the auto up and down function, the adjustment and maintenance of the head becomes more convenient. Equipped with the man-machine interface, it features a wide range of accommodation, a compact structure, and simple operation and maintenance

Description: 

With the components of paper feed, body, transmission and circuit, the machine is applicable to the automatic insertion of the electric engine stator coil and paper. 

Features:

1) Capable of automatically pulling the stator coil and paper into the stator slots for one time.

2) Capable of modifying the parameters on the touch screen, with the automatic paper feed mechanism capable of fixed-length paper feeding, molding, cutting and inserting into the paper base of the coil inserting mold.

3) All welding with the steel plate, the machinery body has wonderful stability; the oblique horizontal structure fits for the ergonomics; with the optional speeds, adjustable patterns and interval paper feeding

4) The modes are made of excellent materials, with multiple processing and modeling; the modes can be replaced for the production of various electric engine stators.

Application Scope: 

Electric engines of Y series, electric engines of generators, electric engines of washing machine, air conditioning, water pump, compressors, electric engines of fan, also applicable to the copper wires, aluminum wires and some special wires.

 Subject to the requirements of the customers, it can be customized for special electric engines, with the prices determined according to the production technology of the goods.
