High speed embroidery machine :

1.main motor and XY both take servo motor.

2.head system with double cam with motor jump (LH) . normally machine is single cam with solenoid jump . and even if the single cam also devide two kinds , but the double cam special for high speed running .

3.double cam motor jump need use the special high speed cards . it only high speed machine have . that can let the flat working ********0rpm . sequin machine running **0rpm .

 4.high speed machine body , because it need always high speed running , so it must need reduce its vibration during working , so we have one kind special for high speed running body , **0x**0x*2mm  beam much heavy body .

5. color changeuse the linear system , normally machine use bearing system .

6. high speed special Jap rotary hook , it different with normal speed Jap hook .

7.high speed running always need add oil, so machine install the auto oil system

8. top tension also use special for high speed running , it can pass the thread more fluently , much reduce thread cut problem
