This machine, being a critical equipment of producing filter element, serves to make PU filter end caps and seals of various shapes like round, square, and ellipse in a continuous way. INTRODUCTION Continuous production line for PU filter end caps are a kind of specialized equipment used to produce rigid and half-rigid PU filter end caps. Its operation principle is as follows: Raw materials are injected into moulds automatically running along a preset locus after being agitated in the low-pressure reaction injection machine. Then after inserting a element,the injected mould will be transferred onto the streamline with mating fixtures, waiting for ripening and hardening into shape. Constituents of the equipment Continuous production line for PU filter end caps is consisted of low-pressure reaction injection machine, automatic turntable and ring-shaped conveying line. Model R2S machine with a LCD touch screen as the man-machine interface employs NC automatic turntable to complete material injection into the mould. The turntable is driven by digitalized ETN**0 double-axle servo-controller. Model R2S machine�s features are listed hereby: 1. Module design with the integration of controller, actuator and operational panel. 2. Location through point to point method between two axles, clearance compensated through a slant line. 3. Huge resource for software-conducting operation and information memory. 4. Two axles utilize DC servo-motors with fully-closed circuit control system. Technical parameters 1.
