We are 3 friends from technical background established Gautham Farms. We left our jobs and doing full time farming for the past 3 years.

We have started a Project called "Amma Bhoomi"(Mother and Earth are same and deserve same respect)

Under this project we are encouraging farmers to do traditional and scientific way of farming. We saw farmers struggling with traditional crops like Dal, Cotton, Rice and we are suggesting them to cultivate alternate crops which suits the soil conditions and which are in demand and where they can earn more for better living.

Also farmers are not growing millets because the amount of laborious work to harvest and process.  If a farmer is growing millets, then post harvest mostly the women in house will be doing manual cleansing of grains - This is time consuming and does not give more scope for women in rural empowerment

In this vision the our first product we came up with Quinoa

We have been doing Research on Quinoa for the past *1 months and we have sucessfully grown 4 Varieties of Quinoa in my Farm which is located in Konne Village, Bachanapet Mandal, Andhra Pradesh, India

1. White Quinoa - Bolivian 
2. White Quinoa - Peru
3. Red Quinoa
4. Rainbow Quinoa.

We have grown successfully and harvested
