according to the following specifications: crushed with grain
size of **3 cm, dry, with concentration and purity of Copper (Cu)
8% thereafter, bagging Big bags. The following monthly amounts,
based on a contract for thirty-six (*6) months (with possibility
of increase and extensions).
• First month 2,**0 tons.
• Second month 3,**0 Tons and progressively to *2,**0 Tons month
or more.
1 Product: Copper (Cu) crushed to a grain size
of **3 cm, dry, with concentration and purity of Copper (Cu) 8%
thereafter, bagging Big Bags
2 Quantity: Based on a contract Thirty-Six (*6)
months (with possibility of increase and extensions):
• First month and Second month’s 5,**0 tons.
• Third month *2,**0 Tons month or more.
3 Delivery: Fob Puerto Brisas; La Guajira,
Colombia (Incoterms ***0).
4 Inspection: SGS or similar.
5 Price :. Gross $ **0 net per MT X *6 Months

6 Payment: Irrevocable, Transferable and
renewable Documentary Letter of Credit (IRDLC), confirmed and
payable **0% at sight by value of shipments per month.
