2. Description of the process
2.1 Put the coil strip to the decoiler, send the head of strip to the pinch roll, the upper roll press down, drive the roll to feed. The strip through 9 roll straightener to the milling mill, technology lubrication spray open, vacuum aspirator device of scrap start, the pinch roll seizing the strip, the preparement is finshed.
The milling cutter uplift, when the strip come to the position of milling cutter, the cutter press down through worm and gear system, amount of feed is displayed by counter, milling the surface according to the milling amount, then come to the detection platform, detect the quality and thickness by manpower, adjust the milling speed according to the quality. Then the strip go to coiler, the draw-off roll of coiler press down, the hydraulic cylinder drive the bending roll, adjust the curvature radius and start to coil, the complete line up to the setting speed and milling steady. When the decoiler finsh the coil, lower the speed, then end of strip out of milling cutter, technology lubricating nozzle and escape of scrap system closed, discharge the coil by crane, the whole process of milling is finshed.
