1. Buyer issues the I.C.P.O
/LOI
2. Seller sends draft contract for negotiation and to show his
approval.
3. Buyer signs and sends the draft contract to the seller
4. Seller sends the original contract and the pro forma
invoice.
5. Buyer and Seller lodge Contract to their respective Bank. Buyer
send POF and seller the POP
6. Buyer send SBLC MT **0 irrevocable, confirmed, transferable,
divisible, auto revolving payment MT **3 at Sight.
7. Seller load the vessel and notify the Buyer with Copy of
shipping Documents and his Invoice
8. Buyers will make payment **0 % MT**3 against Original Documents,
maximum 3 working days
9. After the success of the first operation, the seller completes
the remaining shipments.
