1.  SCOPE：

  The specification of this product specification is the standard for the product performance and test method, as the basis for technical confirmation.

2.  General Specification：

2.1 Product application：

    ◆ Backup power supply: RAM, detonator, car recorder, intelligent instrument, vacuum switch, digital camera, motor drive

◆ Energy storage: intelligent three meters, UPS, security equipment, communication equipment, flashlights, water meters, gas meters, rear lights, small appliances

◆ High current operation: electrified railway, smart grid control, hybrid vehicle, wireless transmission

◆ High power support: wind power generation, locomotive start, ignition, electric vehicles, etc.

2.2 Standard test condition：

All test and measurements shall be made under standard atmospheric conditions(Temperature: *5℃，Relative humidity: <*5% )for testing. Before the measurements are made, the super capacitor shall be store at the measuring temperate for a time sufficient to allow the entire super capacitor to reach this temperature. All tests of the specification book were carried out under the following environmental conditions
