Perforated plate

1.Material: Stainless Steel plate, High or Low carbon Steel Plate, Galvanized Plate, Zinc Plate, Aluminum Plate, Aluminum Alloy Plate, Mg-Al Plate and Nickel Plate ,etc.

2. Hole shape: Round hole, square hole, long round hole, triangle hole, scale hole, diamond hole, oval hole, hexagonal hole, slot hole.

3. Aperture: The minimum diameter we can fabricate is 0.8mm . In general it is advisable to use a hole size larger than the material thickness.

4. Hole spacing : according to the customers’ demands

5.Plate specification:***0mm****0mm or ***0mm*Nm coil the thickness :0.**2.5mm

6.Hole arrangement type: *0°, Staggered / *5°, Staggered / Vertical / Square hole/ Long hole / Long hole (Vertical) / Hexagonal Hole

8.Margin: In general, the long sides of plate need the margins, and the short sides not. If you want the product with special margins, you should provide the width of each margin on all four sides (measured from the edge of the sheet to the edge of the first hole).

9. Tolerance :there are tolerances on thickness, pitch, openings, flatness, and shearing for perforated products
