Descriptions

The machine is used for drying the piece, strip and particle shape materials with good ventilation. The machine is suitable for the materials, such as de-watering vegetable, herbal traditional Chinese medicine and others, for which the water content rate is high and high temperature is not allowed. The machine owns advantages that its drying speed is fast, the evaporation strength is high and the product quality is good. To de-watering filtering cake state paste material, after granulating it to strip-type, could be dried also.



Principles

The materials are evenly displayed on the mesh-belt by the material feeder. The mesh-belt uses generally ****0 mesh stainless wire net and it is drawn and moved inside the drier by a transmitting device. The drier is composed of several units. For each unit, the hot air is circulated separately. Some exhausted gas is discharged with a special moisture elimination blower. The waste gas is controlled through an adjusting valve. The hot air passes through the mesh-bilt covered with the material from the top to the bottom or from the bottom to the top and this will complete the transmitting of heat and mass. This process will bring water away from the material. The meshbelt moving slowly, running speed can be easily adjusted according to the material temperature. The final products after the drying will fall into the material collector continuously. The upper and lower circulating units can be freely equipped according to the users requirements.The unit number can also be selected according to the requirements.

De-watering vegetables, particle feed, gourmet powder, fine coconut mash, organic plastics, compound rubber, acral fibre, medicine product, medicine material, small wooden product, plastic product, aging and solidification for the electronic components and devices. 



Features

The mount of air, temperature of heat, stay time od raw material can be adjusted in order to get the best effect.

The moisture of finished product can be adjusted. The belts type will be choose, such as matral mesh or viberated plate.

The belt can be clean, because of the heating room is separated from drying room.

According to requirst, the low plate can be equipped cleaning equipment to remove a little rof aw material to outlet.

According the moisture of raw material, customer can choose multi-set to establish.
