   Huatai® Vascular and Neural Treatment Apparatus (Diabetic Therapy System/ Near Infrared Treatment Device) is a non-invasive, effective, drug-free device which can deliver **5nm infrared energy through light emmitting diodes mounted in the therapy pads without any side effects.
