1.Introductions of the Planetary Mixer:
High viscosity paste mixing involves the combining of liquid and
solid ingredients.The end product usually starts at several
hundred thousand centipoise (CPS) and can reach as high as
several million centipoise.
Typical mixers used for this purpose are of the double sigma
mixer or double planetary mixer or planetary disperser
design.Models are built to include many features such as vacuum
and jacket to remove air and to control the temperature of the
mixture.
Capacities are available from 5L to ***0L.
Hydraulic lifting systems,Mechnical Seal,Electronic Control
system,Frequency Converter and so on.
The contacting materials parts are made of stainless steel
SUS**4,**1 or **6L (Japanese Standard).
2.Uses:
The Planetary Mixer is designed for mixing ointments,paste,wet
mass,cream and other kind of high viscosity mixture.Such
as:Silicone Sealant,battery Electrode Pastes,Conductive
Inks,lubricants,dental whitening gels,plasticizer,polyester
compounds,epoxy resins and so on.
3.Functions:
(1)Depending on different agitators,the Planetary Mixer could
produce the interactive kneading,twisting , dispersing or
emulsifying effects.
(2)Also,the planetary mixer has the bottom scraper and wall
scraper,so it can reach a better homogeneously mixing results.
(3)The Planetary Mixer can be equipped with vacuum
system(*0.**8MPa).
(4)The mixing container has a jacket for heating or cooling.
