Double Precision aluminum cutting Mitre saw of CNC Numerical Controlis major used for aluminum door-window and curtain wall profile cutting. This equipment adopts CNC system and touch screen design and features of easy operation with high accuracy. Its control system can be a series of length data to achieve continuous cutting and cutting heads can be drove by servo motors on ball screw to achieve accuracy positioning, also its high-quality alloy saw blades are drove by damping cylinders to ensure smooth effect in cut end surface and it also can finish stability cutting at the angle of *0, *5 and *2.5 degree with large cutting range from the length **0 to ***0 mm.In order to effectively protect operators, we also installed the safety shields on machine heads.
