Why do we choose oil purifier machine?
After a period of operation, owing to its expose to oxygen
and mixed with water, copper and iron and other foreign materials
and high working temperature acceleration , transformer oil will
oxidize and lose its original property and cannot be used
effectively again. So oil purifier machines can efficiently remove
water, dirt, gases and other foreign impurities from oil, such as
turbine oil, lubricating oil, engine oil, hydraulic oil,
compression oil, mechanical oil, quenching oil, heat conducting
oil, gear oil etc; so as to maintain its lubricating and insulating
property, then to reduce components wear, and cut down oil
expenses.
ZJA Double-stage insulation oil fitration machine performs the
function of upgrading and reconditioning of insulating transformer
oil by means of removing impurities such as dust,gas,sludge,water
etc. The major operation is heating, filtering, degassing and
dehydration. After recycling, it can boost performance of
transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductors, cable and
capacitors which have insulation system. This machine mainly used
to recycling transformer oil, insulating oil and super HV
transformer oil, particularly applied in large scale 110KV
transport voltage device and the national transformer
substations

3.Enhance the value of breakdown voltage greatly.

6.Lower maintenance and replacement expenses.
7.High performance security system including pressure protection
device and automatic temperature controller makes purifier operate
safely.
8.Utilizes coacervation technology, coalescing technology,
separating technology and refined purification technology. To
remove free, soluble water, carbon, free and dissolved gases and
particulate matters from insulating oil effectively and
rapidly.
9.Can design the machine according to your requirement, add
weather-proof cover,close/open ventilation window,skid basc mounted
and enough lifting hook
10.Also can add 2 pneumatic tyres and 1 pre-leg, its convenient to
move at any site.
