"Sport ECG" refers to the test for sport tolerance evaluation of the heart function under the conditions of various strenuous exercises such as the athletes in physical training (running, push-ups, etc.) or even the actual game (mountain climbing, marathon, cycling, etc.), as well as daily monitoring for those people suspected of cardiac coronary problems. The real-time monitoring for such "sport ECG" device as a clinical device is currently not available in the market; instead, it has been tested recently in research laboratories. Nevertheless, such a device features great dynamic signal range, long time continuous recording from few hours to few days, wireless data acquisition, miniature in size, and real-time signal processing and analysis for P-QRS-T complex and cardiac rhythm analysis and assessment, and so on, to continuously provide enormous information for heart function under various conditions. High interference resistance and noise immune capability as well as sophisticated analysis algorithms are essential for such a device. As clear ECG recordings and P-QRS-T complex waveforms are always revealed in almost all circumstances from quiet resting to strenuous exercises, this test is also referred to "all state ECG" in our brochure. In addition to sport skills and physical fitness, heart condition can hold back the athletes to more strenuous physical training, and so it is one of the most important indicators for the athlete’s success. A strong heart yields more opportunity for the athlete to achieve better performance. Currently, the general "ECG" or common "sport ECG" devices cannot provide the dynamic information on ECG P-QRS-T complex undergoing strenuous or extreme sports. "All state ECG" is the only way to the screening assessment as well as monitoring during training.
