Shanghai Baosteel high quality low carbon steel Q**5A is used to produce light pole. The silicon content of steel is not higher than 0.*4%. It is shaped by large bending machine and its straightness error is not more than 0.*5%. The wind loading rating of the light pole is *6.9 m/s, level *1. It can withstandmagnitude 8 earthquake.

Automatic submerged arc welding is conducted with reliable welding, smooth surface, and no obvious pores in welds, overlap, undercut and other welding defects. Ultrasonic flaw detection shows the product meet standard requirements of welding GBl***5Ⅱ level.

The preservative treatment of steel pole adopts hot galvanizing on both interior and exterior sides. Galvanizing technology process includes acid pickling, hot galvanizing, washing, parkerising and passivating. The galvanized surface is smooth and good-looking, with consistent gloss, no wrinkles, falling, overlap, peeling, spot and negative and positive galvanizing. The zinc layer is more than *6um thick; conforming to national standard GB/T*******2; the adhesive force of galvanized layer conforms to the requirement of GB******8 and its anti-corrosion life is more than *0 years.

After the pole undergoes hot-dip galvanizing treatment, it will receive electrostatic spray (color is optional). It will receive dull polish before spray plastics to enhance the adhesion force. The curing time and temperature should be under strict control during the plastics spraying process to ensure the plastic layer is uniform and smooth, without pores. The spray layer thickness is≥ **0μmand its adhesion force reaches GB*******0. Its surface is smooth, with hardness≥2H.
