Electrical heating pipe is adding the heating element in the metal pipe, then closely blocking the gap of heating element with magnesium oxide crystal which is good heat resistance, good thermal conductance and good insulativity. Its advantage is simple construction, high mechanical strength, high thermal efficiency, safety, easy to install and long durability. It is widely used in all kinds of niter slot, water channel, oil groove, sulphuric acid and caustic tand, fusible metal melting furnace, air regenerative reheating furnace, drying cabinet, hot-pressing die.
 
Instructions For Use
Operating voltage should not exceed *0% of correct rating.
The wires position should be between heating layer and insulation, the outer plate must be grounded properly.
Components should be kept in dry place. If the insulation resistance is less than 1MΩbecause of long time placement without using, please bake it in a **0°C hot oven for **6 hours, it can be returned to normal.
