Tin coating Production Line

The Process: Cold rolling Annealed plate is reciprocal rolling, Rectify, 
Alkaline washing, Acid washing, Tin plating, and Passivating etc treatment, then re-rolling it.

Characteristic of tin coating line:

1. High frequency power supply to ensure production without slope.

2. Ferrostan Process for tin plating is environmental of high technology.

3. High-speed continuous production process, to ensure Tin Thickness is average and accurate.

Application of Tinplate: 

Mill can to pack tea, chemicals, food etc., battery, Crown cap making, optical cable, etc.

. entrance lopper, 5. degrease, 6. electrolytic tin coating, 7.hot air drying, 8. soft melting, 
9. water quenching, *0.Degreasing, *1.Electrostatic oiling, *1.exit looper,*2.cutting machine or scroll sheeting.
