Energy Feedback Reactor

The feedback reactor is applied in LCL filter at the end of  four quadrant converter, and makes the phase series connection with the end of frequency inverter. When the inverter brakes, the regenerative energy is fed back to the grid and used, while the rectifier unit is IGBT, which will produce more high harmonic currents, which will cause pollution to the power grid. Therefore, the feedback reactor shall be installed to make filter improvement.

Product performance

1.The iron core adopts the high quality silicon steel, the core is divided into uniformed pieces via multiple air gap , the air gap adopts the high temperature and high strength adhesive to tightly bond each smallsection ofcore and  the upper and lower iron yoke;
2. The coil adopts H, C grade insulation system, which greatly improves the reliability of long-term operation;
3.Thereactor adopts vacuum pressure impregnation process (VPI), the products after high temperature drying curing has greatly reduced noise and vibration in operation. The product has high overall mechanical strength and sound moisture-proof performance, which greatly improves the reliability of long-term operation;
4.Low temperature rise, low loss, high comprehensive utilization rate, easy to install.
