1.1.    Commodity: Eucalyptus orAcacia Woodchips

1.2. Specification:

+ Over *0 mm (Over size chips)                               5% max

+ 9.5 mm        - *0 mm                                              *7.5% min

+ 4.8 mm – 9.5 mm                                                   *4% max

+ Under 4.8 mm (undersize chips)                           2.5% max

If that’s over size, it will be subtracted on Vinacontrol’s certificate.

            * To deduct specification ,quality woodchips:

           - Over *0mm (over size chips)          :5% max. If exceed the limits, deduct entire.

           - 4.8mm – 9.5mm                              :*4% max. If exceed the limits, deduct entire.

           - 9.5mm – *0mm                               :*7.5% min

           - Under 4.8mm (under size chips)   :2.5% max. If exceed the limits, deduct entire

               But couldn’t  exceed 5%

           1.3. Quality:

- Moisture: 0% Bone Dry Metric Ton (BDMT)

- Bark & Rot: 1,5% max.If exceed the limit , deduct entire.

 - Knot to be calculated pursuant to specification of wood chip.

 1.4. Packing: In Bulk

            Quantity                     : *0,**0 Bone Dry Metrict Ton(+/**0% allowed)

            Payment Instrument : Confirm, Irrevocable, Letter of Credit **0% Value Payable at Sight.

            Procedure                   : 1. Buyer provides ICPO & BCL before the validity of this FCO                                                             expired.

: 2. Upon acceptance of draft contract, Sales Agreement :  Signed.

: 3. Buyer will make payment arrangements.

: 4. Buyer issue LC

: 5. Seller advised Delivery details.

: 6. Buyer received Goods.

            Others                           : Fumigation at Seller’s cost

                                                : Inspection by VINACONTROL at Loading Port at Seller’s cost.
