Vacuon holders and needles are used togther as a system for the
collection of venous blood.
VACUON is used to collect, transport and process blood for testing
serum, plasma or whole blood in the clinical lab.
Vacuon tubes are PET evacuated tuves with clolr coded (Table No.1
)closure. The tuves contatin additives in various concentrations
dependent on the amount of vaccum and the required additeve to
vlood ratio for the tube.
. Additive choice depends on the analytical test method and it is
specified by the manufacturer of the test reagents and/or
instrument on which the test is performed. Tube interiors are
sterile.
