This production line is applicable for the coating & compounding for the packaging materials such as paper - plastic - aluminum foil - nonwoven fabric - cloth etc.
The machine is working with an extrusion T-die. The PE/PP grain will melt and extrusion by the mouth of T-die and stick onto the raw material. By a second unwinding function, it is able to produce *-layer (sandwich) compounded materials or materials with even more layers.

Main features and functions:
SEC series extrusion laminating & compounding machine is applicable for many different kinds of roll material production, such as paper, plastic, aluminum foil, other metal foil, nonwoven fabric, woven, cloth etc.
It has the basic functions of 1) automatic unwinding, 2) automatic tension control, 3) automatic T-die, 4) second unwinding unit, 5) compounding unit, 6) edge cutting & blowing, 7) rewinding and other optional functions of 1) drying oven, 2) automatic splicing, 3) destaticizing, 4) corona, 5) multi extruder.
The machine is equipped with Siemens PLC and other latest technologies. All parameter are shown and adjustable on the touch screen. It has the working memories of different materials for quick setting.
By the imported pneumatic and electric components, the machine has a reliable quality, stable running and stable producing procedure. The material used in the machine are selected, each machine is a perfect equipement for customers' production line.
