Strong sound wave will bring forth implosive effect upon liquid which will be turned into gas and vapour in the micro space formed through the expansion and contraction of the wave. Ultra sound wave will generate positive pressure to molecules of liquid when it contracts and negative pressure when it expands. There exists cohesive force within the liquid and tissue.
