FD Petrol SGL**1 cuttings dryer is a single-stage type of
horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge with continous
operation.
FD Petrol SGL**1 cuttings dryer can efficiently recover the
oil from cuttings, with its capactiy of ****0 ton per hour.
Normally, the processed cuttings with the oil less than 3%, complys
with the requirement of 6% OOC, can be used in many types of
drilling mud.
FD Petrol SGL**1 cuttings dryer mainly used in oil based or
compound-based mud for drying cuttings.
During the drilling process, FD Petrol cuttings dryer can recover
the 1 to 4 cubic meters of drilling liquid from the one cubic
meters of solids cuttings discharged by solids control
equipment.
Drilling cuttings drying system is composed of FD Petrol Cuttings
Dryer and its matched equipment can return one cubic
meter of drilling liquid from 3 cubic meters of drilling cuttings.
This recovery value is caculated by after the treatment by
the decanter centrifuge
