2. Look in mirror, compare your teeth with shade guide paper, and record which stage you are in.
3. Apply teeth whitening gel evenly on your teeth (thickness approximately 1mm).
4. Take out the Light after *6 minutes. Rinse your teeth with warm water 
5. Compare your teeth with the shade guide again to see how many shades you have improved.
