SLPH series feed extruder is corporate up-to-date product particularly applied to small- and medium-sized raising farm. This machine is affordable, economical and practical, and low in maintenance costs, so it can avoid the relatively-high economic risk of producing extruded feeds. This machine is mainly applied to process extruded particle feeds for aquatic products, pets and special raising industry. Besides the characteristics of ordinary granulated feed, the extruded particle feed has the following characteristics: for example, having good palatability, removing ingredients grading, reducing transport cost, feeding conveniently, reducing waste in intaking, etc.

Features:
1. The high-temperature and high-pressure treatment in the process of extrusion can realize gelatinization of crude starch and systematization of protein, which is good for digestion and absorption and can enhance utilization ratio. 
2. The high-temperature and high-pressure treatment can kill multiple bacteria, thus avoiding the animals disease of digestive tract.
3. The floating particles can float on the water, so that the fish on the upper layer of the water can discover the feed easily, which can reduce waste of feed, and avoid the pollution of water quality. 
4. The processed particle is low in water content, water content, aseptic and easy to be stored and transported.
