product application

Emulsion Chopped Strand Mat is mainly applied to unsaturated polyester,viny ester and epoxy resins.

 the product is most widely used in hand lay-up process and can be used in filament winding, compression molding and continuous laminating process. the typical end products including various panels,boats, bath equipment, automotive parts and cooling towers.

Mat width ranges from 5mm to ***0mm. uniform density ensures consistent fiberglass content and mechanical properties of the final products. the mats feature good mat integrity, low fuzz, less material waste and small roll diameter, excellent flexibility ensures good moldability with no springback at sharp angles, fast and consistent wet-out speed in resins and rapid air lease enhangce molding productivity and mechanica properties of the products. the product have high dry and wet strength and good transparency.

packing

each emulsion chopped strand mat is wound onto a  paper tube and then wrapped up with plastic film, which can be packed in cardboard box or wrapped up with kraft paper.the rolls are to be horizontally placed.rolls can be loaded into container directly or on pallets.

2) E-glass stitched chopped strand mat

E-glass stitched chopped mat is made by chopping continuous strands into chopped strands and stitching them together. The products has a maximum width of **0 inches. This product can be used in manufacturing boat manufacturig and tubes.

3) Stitched mat of chopped strands & composite

Stitched mat of chopped strands & composite consists of two layers of chopped strands and inside them there is one layer of PP materials. The regular specification include: chopped strand **5g/m****0g/m2, PP materials **0g/m****0g/m2. The specifications can also be customized as per requirement.
