Description
Pelletizing
knife holder is one of the key components of the
polyolefin
extrusion pelletizer. Its working
characteristics affect the quality of the polypropylene or
polyethylene granules and the service life of the die plate and
the pelletizing knife directly.
There are two types of
pelletizing knife holders, fixed knife holder and flexible knife
holder. Jinfeng company could manufacture both fixed knife holder
and flexible knife holder according to the
customers' requirements to
match their underwater granulation extruders.
The design concept of
flexible knife holder is to make the knife holder achieve the swing
of a certain range under a certain external force through selecting
a proper connection way or a proper connecting material on the
premise of ensuring that the power shaft of the knife holder has
sufficient transmission torque, so that the granulation process
could be completed smoothly.
