Features

Glass fiber reinforced PPS has these features:
1)Good heat stability, the long-term using temperature can be ******0°C and 

the deflection temperature under load 1.*2Mpa is above **0°C;
2)Good flame resistance, PPS can meet the UL*4 V*0 and *-V standard 

without any flame retardants and the amount of smoke is very little when it is burning;
3)Excellent chemical resistance, better than any other plastics except PTFE, 

insoluble in any organic solvent except strong oxidizing acids.
4)Very low molding shrinkage, low water absorption and linear expansion 

coefficient, keeping excellent dimensional stability even in the high temperature

 and humidity environment .

Uses

Glass fiber reinforced PPS is very widely used in many fields, because of its 

excellent comprehensive performance and good cost performance. It can be 

applied to electric, auto, train, machinery, chemistry engineering, aviation and 

aerospace, military, communication, office supplies and so on.
