Toyca® FR, is flexible, open-celled, impregnated polyurethane foam for acoustical and thermal insulation. It’s absorbed a mineral component which increases the ability of flameless; it has a great performance in ignition resistance tests. Because of its high density , Toyca®FR foams are also good sound insulation products except for their good sound absorption properties. Toyca® FR does not support combustion, melt and drip. It is not affected by any bacteria and doesn’t shelter. Toyca® FR can be laminated on many kind of materials to provide durability against flame. When it’s used as the last layer on surfaces, it becomes as a flame stopper and provides acoustical solutions. It has successful performance of absorbing high frequency sounds.
