Fiberglass backing pad is specially made for producing flap disc. It is made of several layers of fiberglass reinforcing mesh which is coated with phenolic aldehyde resin and punched after solidification.Its featured by light weight, high structural intensity, excellent bonding performance,thus widely used as the base material for flap discs and abrasive discs.
The quality of fiberglass backing pads is very critical to the intensity and safety performance of flap discs. We can supply T*7 & T*9 in a variety of size and layers, such as *5mm,**5mm, **7mm,**5mm,**7mm, **8mm, **0mm,**0mm,with ***3 layers, single/double bush,with black paper or non woven cloth top layer.More specification can be customized.
