The Flash Butt Welding Machine s a regular flitting speed with the appropriate welding current to form a continuous sparking process. A good welding cut will appear when the workpiece welding area has reached a preheating temperature and a firm joint will be made with the help of enough welding current and upset force.
The whole welding process is controlled by the micro-computer controller and is convenient to use. Compared with other welding machine, this model can reduce the welding power and satisfy the dimension requirement of the workpiece much better.
