We are able to build Flex - Rigid boards with High TG **0 (FR4), Halogen Free, and standard FR4 with Polyimide for our customers. Airpro has very good relationship with our raw material suppliers such as ISOLA, Nan Ya, ITEQ and many local material suppliers. If you have problem to find Halogen free or High TG material boards to follow RoHS requests, we are here to solve your problem. Here comes a short lists for our production capability: - Max. board size is **0 X **0mm. - Layer build up available 4L, 6L & 8L (with 2 L flex board in middle). - Solder mask has LPI Green, Yellow, Blue, Black, or Coverlayer are all available for you to choose. - Finish surface has immersion gold, immersion tin, and immersion sliver for you to choose. - In order to follow EC Directives Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) along with Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS), Airpro is able to produce PB free boards for our customers.
