The brand new heat dissipation solution has the advantages of high heat dissipation efficiency, small occupied space, light weight, uniform thermal conduction along two directions, elimination of hot point areas, shielding of heat sources and components and performance improvement of consumer electronic products. The high thermal conduction graphite film can effectively transfer heat by uniformly distributing heat on a twodimensional plane, and the heating power on the surface is transferred and carried away by external cooling medium, so that the component is guaranteed to run under a proper temperature.
Main Application: applied to laptop computers, bigpower LED lighting, flat panel displayers, digital videos, mobile phones, assistant equipment for individuals, etc.
The high thermal conduction graphite film is a domestic initiative, with the thinnest film of 0.012mm and the maximum thermal conductivity of 1,900w/m.k, which makes it possible to thin electronic products. The film has quite high reprocessing property, can be combined or glued with other film materials such as PET according to purposes, can be tailored into any shapes, can be bended for many times and is applicable for quick thermal conduction by changing the point heat source into the surface heat source.
