Nylon Flock It is produced
from tow (sheaf of continuous and parallel fibers) of
nylon.
It is said that the nylon is a man-made, not artificial fiber
because it is obtained from processed by-products of petroleum
refining.
The surfaces flocked with nylon flock are flexible,
lightweight. Viscose Flock
Viscose flocks are made from viscose filament yarn or tow
viscose
flocks are available from 0.*5 to 6.6 Dtex and of length from 0.4
to 1.4 mm
Viscose flocks are dyed and treated as per clients
requirements
Viscose flocking powder applications: Door mats, Jewellery boxes,
Curtain lining, Textiles etc. Ployester Flock
It is produced from polyester tows. Like nylon, it is a man-made
fiber.
The features of surfaces flocked with polyester flock are similar
to those of nylon flock.
Low densities (0.1 to 0.5 Dtex microfiber) are extremely
interesting as they can be used to get very lightweight flock.
The resulting surfaces are really similar to natural
leather.
