Flow control valve

VNB series air operated *-port process valve, pilot air actuated, controls air, water, oil, vacuum and various fluids. Available in normally closed, normally open & double acting types, multiple body & seal materials for wide industrial automation.

1. **Multi-media Compatibility**: By changing the valve body (aluminum alloy, copper alloy, or stainless steel) and seals (NBR, FKM, or EPR), it can handle **compressed air, water, oil, process gases, and vacuum**.
2. **Three Functional Options**
- N.C. (Normally Closed): Closed without pilot air; opens when air is supplied (most common).
- N.O. (Normally Open): Open without pilot air; closes when air is supplied.
- C.O. (Double Pilot/Bistable): Features memory function; state is maintained via pulse air pressure; no return spring.
3. **Pilot-Operated**: Pilot control pressure of **0.**0.7 MPa**; no coil, making it suitable for explosion-proof environments; can also be converted to an electrically controlled version by attaching a pilot solenoid head.
4. **Broad Specifications**: Port sizes from 1/8" to 2"; threaded or flanged connections; vacuum capability down to ***1 kPa; maximum pressure resistance of 1.5 MPa.
5. **Lube-free operation**, stable response, high flow capacity, and reliable sealing.

## 📌 Basic Parameters (Air-Operated Type)

- Fluid temperature: Type A: *5 to *0°C; Types B/C: *5 to *9°C (air-operated specific).
- Ambient temperature: *5 to *0°C.
- Main circuit pressure: Standard type (vacuum to 0.5 MPa); High-pressure N.C. type (up to 1 MPa).
- No media lubrication required.
