II. Forging
1. Free Forging: Max.6000T punching machine, each forging part weight: 1KG to 200T, annual production capacity: 50000T.
2. Die Forging: Max. 10T Hydraulic hammer, each forging part: 0.2 to 100KGS, annual production capacity: 5000T.
Remark: We could produce all grades of Carbon Steel、High Manganese Steel，Heat Resistant Steel, Wear Resistant Steel, Corrosion Resistant Steel, Ultralow Carbon Stainless Steel, Supercritical and Ultra Supper free forging and die forging steel parts according to GB(China), ASTM(America), DIN(Germany), BS(England) and ISO(International) standards. We could control and test the metallographic structure and physicochemical property of the forging parts by Automatic Spectrometer, Metallurgical Microscope and all kinds of strength testing machine, we could also do NDT(nondestructive testing) by visual inspection, magnetic particle, ultrasound and X-ray as per customers’ specified standard, the quality approval certification could be provided.
