The Equipment Usage:
The
machines are mainly used to strand steel-cored aluminium
wires,bare copper wires and bare aluminium wires so as to realize
that the fan-shaped conductors can be stranded and compacted and
round conductors can be pulled and compacted.
The Equipment
Configuration:
The
machine is equipped with a reeling-out stand,a multi-section
strander, a die holder, a fan-shaped conductor compacting
apparatus, a meter counter, a drive, a reeling-in/out stand, an
electric control and a safety protection .
The Unique Feature:
1. The structure
of the strander is that the stranding body is located in the
front and supported by the big bearing seat in the back. The main
axle , a thick-walled seamless tube, is of good steel
rigidity,high speed and steady operation and other
features.
2. The
traction device is the traction of the double
active wheels. The big modulus gear transmission is adopted
for the traction gears, being powerful in traction force and
adapted to the compacting of the fan-shaped wire cores and to the
pulling of round compacted conductors .
3. Its tension
is small when the wire is broken or reeled out.. The whole
machine can be stopped by the electric control .
4. Each stranded
section is equipped with a pressing device
for the fan-shaped conductor.
