The system includes a high-precision micro-ceramic pump system, a XYZ three-axis platform, and a micro-precision atomization nozzle device. It can achieve ultra-fine atomization of fluids with a size of ***0 microns, and the minimum spray volume can reach milligram level. It can be used for micro atomization spraying of extremely viscous liquids such as Dow Corning **0 silicone oil.
