The full pur running track surface provides the longest lasting high performance, which full pur layered polyurethane bond poured-in-place track surface with an EPDM rubber embedded broadcast finish.

 Process:

 The cast polyurethane resin is prepared by mixing two components, one a liquid polyol and the other an isocyanate in correct proportions, add SBR granules and then blend at site to form a viscous liquid compound. Then spread on to the base of the track by paving machine, to the full thickness required. The liquid resin mix is then given a textured finish by broadcasting specially formulated colored EPDM rubber granules on the surface and allowing the polyurethane to cure. Following cure, the excess surfacing granules are removed. Finally go with the line marking.
