Full tail sand dry-discharge cementing filling process
Process introduction:
Full tail sand dry-discharge cementing filling process refers to that after cyclone classification and thickening, the full sand with a certain concentration will be dry-discharged to dry stockyard as aggregate, and then be mixed with cementation material to prepare filling slurry for conveying to underground. Cementing filling deep hole mining method, designed by our company for Shandong Zibo Jinding Ore Mining Co.,Ltd Wangwangzhuang Iron Mine, takes the full tail sand of Jinling iron mine tailing storage as filling material, the cementation powder produced by our company with independent intellectual property rights as the cementing material. The full sand will be conveyed by belt conveyor and metered by electronic belt scale, while the cementation powder will be stored in material silo, conveyed and proportioned by screw conveyor and screw metering scale. The filling system adopts two-stage stirring composed by double-shaft stirrer and high-efficient activation stirrer. The prepared filling slurry will flow naturally to the filling area through filling drilling and laying pipeline.
Technical innovation:
In order to make pipeline conveying convenient, reduce pipeline flow resistance and improve slurry suspension property, the full tail sand dry-discharge cementing filling process will select reasonable concentration and grain size distribution.
Two- stage stirring slurrying composed by
double-shaft stirrer and high-efficient activation stirrer can
break the flocculent structure in slurry, improve the activation
property, and make the slurry possess good liquidity and
relatively low segregation rate.
It
solves the problem of selecting reasonable concentration for
filling slurry by making full use of our two-phase flow loop
lab.
It
adopts the new-type cementing filling material with
self-developed and independent intellectual property. Under the
same strength requirement, the amount of cementing material is
2/3 of that of cement, which can reduce the filling cost.
Central control system adopts WinCC human-computer interface, which can carry out remote commissioning and system maintenance through network.
