1. Main introduction of mask producing line
Auto. Producing. Raw mask fabric coil, nose bridge bar auto.
Payoff, combine, folded, cut etc. to make mask main body, then
mask semi-product was divided to 2 separated channels and combine
face belt etc. also automatically, at last, finished products
were laminated and conveyed out automatically.
Nonwoven fabric, melt-blown nonwovens fabric and nose clip
feeding→ Automatic folding→ ultrasonic edge banding→ Cutting into
sheet→ ear loop cutting→ ear loop welding→ ear loop folding→
finished product stacking

3. Main feature of the line
1) The whole line was designed by our experienced engineers and
manufactured by our skilled workers, so machine's quality is
assured.

electric & electronic components, all line controlled by PLC
and it has set much security in PLC program so as to ensure the
whole line runs safety and smoothly.
3) High producing efficiency. It can produce mask size of
**5×*5mm and **5×*0mm with **4 layers ********0pcs/h smoothly
continuously, rare failure.
4) Easy to operate. It just need put in data in touch screen of
HMI and only need 1 operator to collect finished products and
change new raw material coils when raw material used up.
5) It occupy less space. It occupy much less space than
competitors and equipment's support fame adopt Aluminum alloy, so
machine isn't heavy but solid.
