Our simple production line is designed to saving our customer investment at the same time it can attain to the 

request of production . The production line is fully customizable and can be upgraded with added extras to increase

 the automation. 

Standard simply production line Batching and Mixing System The batching and mixing system consists of a multi-compartment batching 

station which automatically weighs and conveys the aggregate to the mixer. Then the cement  is transported  to the 

mixer to through screw conveyor automatically . then the mixer begin to mix the aggregate when finished .the mixer 

will dump the aggregate in the silo on cement conveyor . then the conveyor transported them to block machine .

Concrete Block Making System The concrete is pushed into material feeding machine and spread evenly into 

the mould frame . then the pressure head press down and the worktable begin to vibrate for ensuring the density 

and strength of blocks Finished product handling 

Brick conveyor transports the bricks with pallet and load them onto automatic stacker. Then you can use forklift to 

send them into curing room or put them in the yard.
