Application

This reusable hand warmer gives soothing effect to rheumatic conditions of joints as well as pain caused by abdomen, stomach, waist, leg, shoulder, neck and nerves.

It also stabilizes the body temperature in winter.

Usage

1 To activate: place the metal inside between forefinger and thumb, press against is to start crystallization, when the crystallization completed, squeeze the hot pack to make it soft and ready to use.

2 To recharge: place the hot pack in boiling water with cloth below, note, prevent the plastic bag from contacting the bottom of the pot for about 5 minutes or until all the crystal is dissolved.
