The generated
valves or thermal management module production line consists
of three parts, water-side subassmbly assemble, refrigerant-side
subassembly assemble, final-assembly assemble.
The process
of water-side subassmbly includes cover assembly, fasten
screws on water channel plate and outlet cover, assemble water bump
O-ring and function testing, cam cover assembly and water bump
screw tightening, assemble actuator and water tank and fastening
screws.
The process
of refrigerant-side subassmbly includes spring assembly, valve core
assembly, solenoid valve screw fastening, air leakage testing,
expansion valve assembly, helium leakage testing, harness
assembly.
The process
of final-assembly assemble includes automatic fastening, greasing
machine, apperance inspection(robot and camera), pakcing
station.
