bottom-up and Top-down constructed wall storage tanks.
This type Of machine can serve both construction methods. The
large tank, metallurgical blast furnace and hot stove which
have the large steel construction are made of plate, the joint
form of main structure mostly is long linear weld. The
construction project is huge, but its especially fit for
automatic welding. Conventional automatic welding technique
hardly achieves the high efficient welding. Automatic submerged
arc weld of transverse seam machine is designed for the
transverse level linear weld and girth weld, and it is especially
suitable for level weld of cylindrical steel structure.
Using combined with vertical position gas-electric welding
machine, it is the ideal equipment of automatic welding of
large steel structure such as oil tank and blast furnace.
