Return Policy: 
1. Return
*-Please kindly contact us for the return at first within *8 hours after receiving the item.
Then you can discuss with us about the issues you are having. *0% of the time we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.
*-The returned item must be in perfect condition, as it was sent to you, has not been altered and has not been worn.
If there is any dust, dirty spots, change and so on, we shall not offer refund. For dresses, you also need to pay *0% total amount of order as restock fee.
*-We offer FREE REPAIR on your dress!
But the postage to send it back and re-shipping cost to you will be both on your account.
*-It is required that the item or dresses should be returned to us within *4 days after the return request is accepted.
*-Return shipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility.
2. Sizing or Fitting Issues
As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one/1 inch in either direction of the specified measurements.To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.That is you can turn to the local tailor for the adjustment at anytime, which is more convenient and economic.
3. Procedures of Return and Get Refund
*-Contact our customer service immediately to notify the issues you find.
As we have staff perform quality check before each item or dress delivery, for the issues you mention, we need you provide evidence to prove, for example, you may need to provide photos to show the wrong size or quality issue. Well appreciate for your kind positive cooperation to solve problem.
*-We will give you the returning mailing address.Please note that any dress return without notifying us will not be refunded.
*-After the returned item by you is received, we will refund you in 3 to 7 working days by PAYPAL or Keep your money in your future order. Besides dresses any additional fees are non-refundable.


Regarding to place the order: 
1.please choose your favorite dress and send us the dress weblink/name/number or pictures by email or Trademanager. 
2.please tell us your standard size or detailed measurements and your favorite dress color.
3.Please tell us your special day or when do you need. and tell us some special requirements about the dress.
4.then please choose any of your convenient way of payment, we can accept(western union, paypal, T/T, MoneyGram, Bank transfer  etc).   
5.we will send the proforma invoice(P/I)  for your confirmation.and you can make the payment according to the  proforma invoice 
6.Once we receive your payment, we will arrange the dress production immediately.
7.our delivery time is **5days.we need ****0days to make a perfect dress.but if there has rush order, we could make the dress accordingly.
8.when the dress is ok, we will tell you at once. if there is any more questions or need any help, please feel free to contact us .
