I. Introduction
TDTG Bucket Elevator produced by
Henan Pingyuan Machinery Co., Ltd is a kind of vertical conveying
machine which is specially for conveying grain, feed, flour and
starch, etc. TDTG bucket elevator has such kind of advantages:
Small occupation area, Large capacity, lower power consumption.
The series bucket elevator is developped by introducing the
advanced technology of the same type at home and abroad, which is
widely used for conveying all kind of granule material
vertically.
II. Working Principle
While it is energized, the driving
device (made by customer’s requests) drives pulley to make the
bucket belt doing the circular motion from bottom to up. The
bucket is filled with material and is conveyed to the head
terminal, and then the material is thrown from the outlet under
the action of centrifugal force according to the
Parabolic design. After discharging, the empty bucket is back to
the boot by conveying and be filled again, and then lifted up to
do parabolic motion such repeated cycle. The material is lifted
from bottom to the top to the specified height to reach conveying
vertically.

III. Features
1. The machine has good appearance,
small volume, low consumption and big capacity such
advantages.
2. Driving device has a reliable
construction. the driving pulley adopts CAM plastic bags process
to increase friction coefficient and reduce deviation. The
driving pulley can be changed simply because of the mechanical
pack.
3. Adopts hight strength plastic
bucket which has a long life and big carrying factor.
4. Adopts strong bucket belt which
has great tensile strength, low elongation and long life.
5. Head pulley and the tail pulley
are squirrel type which can be customized by customers, the kind
of structure can Minimize the number of breaking rate
6. This machine is equipped with
back-stop whose function is to prevent material flow backward to
bottom when the bucket elevator stops working.
7. The gasket is equipped between
bucket and belt to prevent clamping material.
8. This machine can be equipped
multi-channel explosion-proof mouth (if required) which can
prevent dust explosion. The system of speed monitoring, automatic
running deviation alarm, anti-blockage alarm also can be equipped
to ensure the good running.
V. Installation and usage, check,
adjustment and maintenance
1. The bucket elevator must be
installed vertically, the error between the highest installation
lines and vertical can not exceed *5mm. After installation, it
should be fastened.
2. Before starting the motor, the
brake should be disconnected. After adjusting the diversion, the
brake should be installed.
3. The machine non-load running for
one hour, adjust the distance between alignment device and
bucket.
4. Strictly abide the program of
off and on, can not start before feeding, the feeding flow speed
can not greater than the lifting capacity, forbidding the lump
material fall into boot to stuck bucket.
5. Feeding should be uniform so as
not to stuck the boot by grain. When feeding backward too much,
should adjust back gauge in time. Keep the distance between
bucket and back gauge is 5mm.
6. Should stop feeding before off
the machine, the machine won’t be stopping until non-load running
for 3 to 5 minutes.
7. Once appear blockage, the
machine must stop timely. Open the plug board of the grilled
material door to clear blocking material (forbid digging by
hand). The machine can not be feeding until clearing up.
8. While maintain the motor or
check circuit, if appear the problem, should disassemble the
brake. If the steering of the motor and brake is not same, which
will seriously damaged the head section including motor, brake,
driving pulley and reducer.
9. Should check whether the
lubrication is good, the temperature of the bearing is normal,
the bucket belt deviated and the belt tension is good.
*0. Should clear up the material if
stop running for a long time.
*1. The chain bucket elevator
should be used if convey the oily material, the customer should
inform supplier to customize.
*2. Should check the driving device
and reducer regularly, if something is wrong, should solve it in
time.
