The raw material (wheat, maize/corn, rice, etc) need to be cleaned before dampening to remove all kinds of impurities, like stick, mod, stone, iron, etc by sieve, de-stoner, magnet, etc.

After first cleaning, the material need to be dampened and conditioned in silos to suitable moisture contained, then start the second cleaning before milling.

After second cleaning, the material is clean enough to go to milling section.

Roller mill break the material, and plan-sifter separate the suitable size flour, purifier will extract the pure flour, semolina, etc.

After milling section, the flour will be packed into bags or stored in flour silos, or go to flour tanker.
