Main components: 

It contains storage hopper, feeding system, bag holder and weighing system, control system, frame and pneumatic control system. Storage hopper is used to material’s cushion, and ensures weighing speed and precision.
Feeding system is composed of two valves to be dual-speed feeding, the fast guarantees the capacity and the slow for the precision. Bag holder and weighing system is composed of weighing bracket, sensor and holding arm.

Frame supports entire system stability. Pneumatic control system controls fast and slow valves, bag holder. Stable and credible strap conveyor Option: Air compressor (or buyer supply) 

Operation
Semiautomatic packing machine:
manual setting bag, (the hopper is full with material), valve starts automatically to fill and weigh, to set value 1, close fast feeding valve, to 2, slow feeding valve stops, also material feeding stops, show weight and loose bag.

Semiautomatic sewing/sealing machine: sewing/sealing speed 5m/min, adjustable height, manual setting bags to sewing/sealing machine, start and sew/seal the machine by footswitch. (Option: sealing or sewing machine)
